The products offered for sale on st-electro.com are video games and accessories, described as accurately as possible. However, images and descriptions of products may slightly differ from reality, depending on updates from publishers and manufacturers.

3. Orders

3.1 Ordering Process:

Orders are placed exclusively online via our site st-electro.com. The customer selects the products they wish to order, adds them to the basket, and confirms the order after reviewing the details. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

3.2 Availability:

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 Prices:

Product prices are stated in pounds sterling (£), including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are indicated before order confirmation. MOSOFTY reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4.2 Payment Methods:

Payment is due immediately upon order. It can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Payment security is ensured through an external provider compliant with banking security standards. No banking data is stored by MOSOFTY.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Area:

Products are delivered only within the United Kingdom. Orders placed via st-electro.com can only be delivered to addresses located in Great Britain.

5.2 Delivery Times:

We work with several carriers to ensure the delivery of your orders:

  • Royal Mail: Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
  • DPD: Express delivery within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery times are indicative. In case of significant delays, we commit to informing you as soon as possible.

5.3 Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges vary depending on the chosen carrier and the order amount. They are specified before order confirmation.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. This right does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed.

6.2 Return Procedure:

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the delivered product is defective or not as described.

7. Warranty and After-Sales Service (SAV)

8. Liability

MOSOFTY cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) or any other event beyond its control. These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of Nanterre, unless otherwise provided by law.
