Delivery and Returns Conditions

1. Delivery

Delivery Areas: Deliveries are exclusively available in Great Britain for orders placed through our official website st-electro.com.

Couriers and Delivery Times:

• Royal Mail: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
• DPD: Express delivery estimated within 1 to 3 working days.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and volume of your items. The exact amount will be displayed at the time of order.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues: Please contact us at hi@st-electro.com in case of any issues within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

2. Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective.

Return Procedure: Please contact us at hi@st-electro.com to obtain a return authorisation number (RMA). Return your products to the following address:
